First thing, if your breeder is reputable there are so many things that show it even more than papers or having the parents on site or even the health guarantee (which are all very important and are a must ) but there are so many other things that go along with it and that is why it is so important to be educated on other things to look for in a breeder.
You can tell a lot about a person by their attitude in an e-mail or a voice mail message and this speaks volumes to us here because first impressions are the ones that last, even though they may not be completely accurate it is human nature to go with that.
I never use to ask for photos of our customers but recently have started, "strange" you may think but Phil and I have our pictures posted on our FB page as well as our web site so that you know who you are dealing with and where you are coming (pics of the kennel and our home), so why can't I not expect the same from you? If ours was a web site where it was a bunch of words and no pictures how many of you would be interested in getting a puppy? You would have no idea of where the puppy was being raised, what kind of people were raising them or where they lived.
Creating our FB page and designing this web site with all the information, pictures and customer responses has all been so that our customers can see every aspect of our business/lives and know that we are not hiding anything. I want you to read our different pages and really feel like you know who you are dealing with and get a sense of comfort from what you see and read and all I am asking in return is that you do the same for me when you inquire about one of our puppies. Let me know where our puppies are going, who will be loving them and playing with them every day, show me where they will be living so that I know that they are going to an amazing family.
And a big thank you to all of you who have purchased a puppy from KCK, you are part of a big family, bigger than you may think and thank you for doing your research.
